The Ceremony Locations

The Large Meadow
A lush 2 acre meadow surrounded by a tall stand of Douglas Fir.

The Small Meadow
A creek-side meadow that provides a more intimate setting for a smaller wedding party.

Smith Creek Hall
An indoor location tucked into the trees with a deck off the back overlooking Smith Creek.
The Reception Location
Big Leaf Dining Hall
A historic building with Fir wood floors, exposed wood beams and a stone fireplace.
Venue Rental Details
Ceremony: The venue rental includes tables (for items like guest book, gifts, unity table), 100 indoor chairs, set-up and and tear-down of indoor chairs and/or any rented outdoor chairs (the venue rental does not include any outdoor chairs).
Reception: The venue rental includes rectangle tables and chairs for up to 140 guests, glassware, china, flatware, napkins, white linens and skirting for all service tables(linens for guest tables are available to rent for $10 each), set-up and tear-down. Dining room tables are not to be moved. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Rehearsal: Access to your space for a rehearsal is dependent upon availability. Standard room rental rates apply.
Guest Accommodations: A minimum reservation of 12 guest rooms and breakfast ordered for all overnight guests is required. Please contact Conference Coordinator for current overnight and meal prices.
Payment & Deposit Policies: Venue rental rate of $1000 and signed contract are due at time of booking to reserve venue. Until deposit and signed contract are received all reservations are tentative. Two weeks before the wedding the guaranteed guest count and final payment is due. A credit card number must be provided for us to have on file for any damages or fees incurred during your stay. A 15% gratuity will be added on to the total wedding reception cost. All rates are subject to an annual 3% increase.
Catering: Silver Falls Conference Center is proud to provide catering for all events. No outside catering is allowed. A food minimum is required. Please contact Conference Coordinator for current menu selections. All food is served buffet style in our Dining Hall serving area.
Wedding Coordination: To ensure a flawless event, you will find it helpful to hire a professional wedding coordinator to assist you with your day-of needs. We are happy to provide you with a list of suggested vendors in our area.
Wedding Times: The venue rental gives you access to the space either from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm OR from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. All set-up and tear-down must happen within these times.
Vendor Access: Please make all vendors aware of a 200 foot distance from the parking lot to event locations. There is no vehicle access beyond the parking lot.
Alcohol Policy: No outside alcohol is to be brought into any event areas. Silver Falls Conference Center does carry a liquor license and can provide beer and wine at your discretion. A $25 per hour fee for the bartender will be added. Please contact the Conference Coordinator for current selections.
Decorations: You are allowed to bring in an outdoor tent for your wedding however do to our underground sprinkler system all tents must be held down with sandbags or water barrels, staking them into the ground is not allowed. You are more than welcome to decorate the areas which you have reserved. The use of staples, tacks and nails are not allowed. You may use painters tape and/or sticky putty. All decorating is to be done by the wedding party and needs to be set-up and removed within the hours of your rental time. Silver Falls Conference Center does not allow any type of open flame or incense, there is no exception to this rule.
Smoking Policy: There is no smoking allowed in any buildings at the Conference Center. All smoking outside must be at least 10 feet from any doorway.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the Conference Center property at any time, unless they are licensed service animals.
